90% candy

Having just returned to NYC, we are re-familiarizing ourselves with the restaurant scene. We found out about this restaurant over the weekend. Having not even been there yet, we plan to make it our new favorite. 

This article is from a free periodical called Edible Brooklyn. It's great. This same issue had an article covering food based tattoos. They profile one guy who has a tatt of a pink pig on his arm from an old French advertisement. When describing the tattoo, he claims "Pigs are made of 90% candy!"

Could anything be more true?
