Brooklyn Barbecue

We finally made it to Fette Sau, a highly stylized BBQ joint out in Willaimsburg. They had all sorts of barbecue; pulled pork shoulder, St Louis style pork ribs, leg of lamb, beef brisket, Boston butt, and more. The draft beer menu is really nice as well, mainly comprised of regional craft brews served in gallon and half gallon growlers. We tried the brisket, pulled pork and the ribs. With such an extensive meat menu, you can't expect every dish to be great but we thoroughly enjoyed the ribs and the outdoor setting on what was a really nice afternoon.
